General conditions

1. Permission to use the website.
This website is made available to users who visit it in order to consult the linguistic services offered on it in accordance with the details attached to it, i.e., translation and interpreting services.

The content, software, design of this website, as well as the logo and trademark Traductores e lntérpretes Jurados de Canarias (Trajurcan), and www.trajurcan.com are property of David Mora Betancor and are protected by copyright. Any fraudulent or contrary use of the aforementioned elements appearing on the website, whether for commercial or any other purpose, will be prosecuted and reported to the competent Authorities, for infringement of intellectuaI and industrial property laws.

2. Contracting Conditions.

2.1. The purpose of Traductores e Intérpretes Jurados de Canarias is to offer its clients a range of linguistic services throughout Spain.

lf the client is interested in any of our services, they should first request a quotation from us.

lf the client accepts the quotation, payment for the services will be made by bank transfer to the current account number that will be expressly provided or by credit card on our website www.trajurcan.com. Full payment will be required to confirm the service.

Once the payment has been made by bank transfer or credit card, the customer cannot claim a refund of the amount paid by transfer or credit card under any circumstances, unless the service is not carried out for reasons beyond the control of the service provider, i.e,, for reasons of force majeure.

ln the event that the user or client, once the payment has been made, cancels or annuls any linguistic service contracted, he/she will lose the entire payment made, without the right to any claim or compensation.

3. Regulations and Jurisdiction.

This website is controlled and directed by Traductores e Intérpretes Jurados de Canarias. Any conflict with or misuse of this website shall be governed by and judged in accordance with Spanish Law.

3.1. Confidentiality and data protection.

Trajurcan guarantees the security and confidentiality of the information and personal data provided by its customers or users. The information provided will be incorporated into a file that will be used for the purpose of managing the user's or customer's orders. Trajurcan's privacy policy statement includes details of Spanish regulations on the protection of personal data.

3.2. The user gives his/her express consent to receive commercial communications from Traductores e Intérpretes Jurados de Canarias about the products or services marketed or promoted by Traductores e Intérpretes Jurados de Canarias when registering his/her e-mail address.

Likewise, at any tirne, users or customers, through the means of contact referred to in the previous paragraph, rnay revoke their consent to receive commercial information.

3.3. The user or customer is responsible for providing their data correctly, especially the address, telephone number and e-mail address, and it is their sole responsibility not to provide the company with truthful information.

3.4. Any interpretation or discrepancy that may arise between both parties shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the Courts and Tribunals of Las Palmas de Gran Canaria, expressly waiving any other jurisdiction that may correspond to them.
